Acorda's mission is to develop and market therapies to restore neurological function in people with spinal cord injury (SCI), multiple sclerosis (MS) and related conditions of the nervous system. Recent discoveries about the nature of nervous system function and injury suggest new ways to repair damage and restore function in injured tissues. Acorda’s development activities aim to build on these discoveries to uncover new ways to approach the treatment of CNS conditions.
