Vacation/Holidays
- 15 days vacation after the first year of employment
(pro-rated the first year, based on start date)

Performance Reviews/Bonus
- Performance reviews occur annually in December.
Associates are recognized for their performance during the previous year,

Stock Options
- All associates are awarded stock options when they
join Acorda, based on level, and increase based on level and performance
- Option awards vest over a four year period
