We all feed off everybody's energy, everybody's success here, from each department, especially in manufacturing, when you need the help from, you know, the QA/QC formulation, people, packaging, we all strive for the same goal. We have a great core team. We have one goal in mind. And that's just to finish this and help these patients.

And you just you get that, like, tingly feeling where you want to, like, you really want to help this person. And you know that what you're doing on a daily basis, as you know, sometimes frustrating, it gets, you know, timelines are timelines and you have to meet them. But it makes, you know, that what you're doing is worth it.

Everyone's really supportive over here. The cross-team functionality is really nice, the communications really strong between teams. So it's a really good opportunity for people who are coming in to grow really fast within the company. The managers are really nice. We have a lot of independence in terms of what we get in and what the approach is, if we want to try out something new in the pharmaceutical development lab, you know, they're more than ready to get that in as soon as possible. So, again, it's a really incredible opportunity to grow in the company.

You're so comfortable with these people, it doesn't even feel like work sometimes. And just to have that involvement, to say, wow, I'm at the end point of this project and in manufacturing, I'm at one of the last pieces of the puzzle where my hard work, this whole company's hard work, is going to be a part of to keep thinking of all the people that you're helping.
